Mary's Bio
Mary Gehr is a member of the International World Christianship Association of Clergy, and The American Association Of Wedding Officiants.
She has worked as a lay minister in family and marriage ministry since the early 90's becoming a Christian "Ordained" Minister in 2001. While Mary's religious background is in Christianity, her commitment is to provide custom wedding ceremonies that are very much interfaith and respectful of all spiritual practices.
Mary also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Long Beach. Her educational background is in Business Management, Marketing, Psychology & Public Speaking.
When combined with Mary's background as a professional Celebrant and corporate business leader, she has a powerful and wonderfully distinctive set of skills, training, and experience. And it all benefits you and your ceremony!
Mary has performed over a thousand sacred and contemporary ceremonies in Southern California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. She has co-officiated with other Ministers & Rabbis, celebrating the spiritual and cultural bouquet of our times. Her calm demeanor helps the couple relax and enjoy their special day.
